Hi, I’m Jamie Lee. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Intuitive Eating Counselor for people who want a sustainable, introspective approach to healthful living. This means eating in a way that feels good physically and mentally while taking care of your body, without deprivation, restriction or shame.
