Hi, I’m Jamie Lee. I’m a Registered Dietitian, Health Educator and Coach for people who want a rewarding and satisfying relationship with food and themselves. Nutritional advice is notorious for focusing too much on science, formulas, and counting calories. This is why losing weight and managing health conditions can become overwhelming, frustrating and ineffective.

I offer one-time visits and ongoing programs that are designed to help you:

  • Naturally choose foods that nourish your body without a “good” & “bad” list
  • Restructure your relationship and thought process around food
  • Choose foods that will enhance healing of health issues
  • Become genuinely motivated and excited about your body & the way you feel
